What is your pricing and cancellation policy?

• Physical Therapy Visits

  • Evaluation and follow-ups $250/visits

  • $25 travel fee/visit outside of Austin city limits

  • There is a 10% discount available when you purchase a package of 4, 6, or 8 follow-up visits

• Wellness Visits

  • Pregnancy Wellness Package $950

  • $100 travel fee added to package outside of Austin city limits

• Payment is due within 24 hours of booking in order to secure your time

• Cancellations less than 12 hours in advance result in a $50 charge. I reserve the right to waive this fee for extenuating circumstances

Do I need a referral?

That depends on the state you live in:

• California

  • Referral needed after 45 days or 12 visits, whichever comes first

• Massachusetts

  • No referral required

• Texas

  • Referral needed after 15 business days

Do you take insurance?

Insurance companies put limits on physical therapy without understanding your unique needs. To provide you with the best care, I do not accept insurance. Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. By opting out of insurance-based care, I can provide you with simple no-surprise billing, and spend more time with you, one-on-one, each visit which leads to better results, sooner!

Your insurance may provide out-of-network physical therapy coverage. This means you could submit a claim after your visit(s) to receive reimbursement. Call your insurance provider to find out if you have out-of-network physical therapy coverage and what you need to file for reimbursement.

• To submit for out-of-network reimbursement, you will likely need

  • Claim forms (available on your insurance company’s website)

  • A superbill for your physical therapy visit (available upon request)
