My mission is to raise awareness for pelvic health so that people can get the help they need with their pee, poop, & sex problems!

Meet your PT

I’m Dr. Monika Eddings, a Doctor of Physical Therapy & Board Certified Women’s Health Specialist.

First, kudos to you for being brave enough to consider pelvic PT. I know it feels awkward to ask for help with “down there” stuff. I struggled with years of pelvic pain, constipation, and a small bladder before I learned about pelvic health in grad school.

I remember that lecture vividly. It changed my life. I was amazed to learn that there were names for the things I experienced and I felt hopeful when I realized there were people who could help. I knew at that moment I had found my calling in PT!

I’m happy to say that I no longer struggle with pelvic pain, I poop daily, and live a no-worries-where-the-bathroom-is kind of lifestyle even after having a baby. And you can too!

It’s never too late to get pelvic PT and it’s never too early to start considering your pelvic health in pregnancy. Let’s get you started today!
